Please read our policies carefully. You will be subject to the terms below.
- You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the activity date with no penalites.
- Cancellations made between 7 - 3 days before the activity 50% of the total cost will be held as a credit for any future reservations with us but will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity will be charged the remaining balance due and no refund will be given.
- If you do not show up on the day of your activity or are late and are not able to participate, you will be charged the remaining balance due and no refund will be given.
Refund Will Be Provided:
- A 10% service fee will be applied to any refund provided.
- If your program is cancelled due to weather and you cannot reschedule for another day.
- If you are arriving by cruise ship and your ship changes itinerary on the day of your arrival.
- Severe illness with verified medical proof and valid documentation.
Billing Policy:
- Your credit card statement will read "Best On Travel Network, Inc."
- Your credit card will be charged in full when you receive your final confirmation.
